Victorian Village located in Homer Glen, Illinois is currently seeking a Life Enrichment Activity Aide, Part Time and Full Time for our Assisted Living Community.
This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals who are truly passionate about providing meaningful activities for our residents.
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the planning, implementation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, and as may be directed by the Life Enrichment Director.
Summary of essential job functions:
Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activity programs.
Create a positive atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and fun.
Befriend residents to encourage resident self-esteem.
Promote an environment of safety.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm and ability to incorporate these into life enrichment services.
Must possess leadership ability, ability to receive direction, and willingness to work harmoniously with others.
Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet.
Requirements:
General computer and social media knowledge and musical capability a plus.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Previous experience is a plus but is not required.
On-the-job training provided.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
