JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome members by name and engage with all members upon entry and closing Take prospective members on tour of the gym and provide them with information about our facility, amenities and additional services Enroll members and update existing members accounts Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions Respond to members complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly goals Attend weekly team meetings Maintain a professional image, positive attitude and a clean and orderly club POSITION REQUIREMENTS Attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and encouraging Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment Great communication and desire to succeed are key Job Type:
