Our influencer is active across multiple platforms, engaging millions of followers worldwide.
With a busy schedule that includes content creation, brand collaborations, and personal appearances, we need someone who can seamlessly manage behind-the-scenes tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key
Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Maintain and update the influencer's calendar, including personal, professional, and social commitments, to ensure optimal time management.
Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and messages, ensuring that all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Task and Project Follow-Up:
Keep track of pending tasks, deadlines, and projects.
Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Willingness to travel and occasionally work on location as required.
Personal Errands:
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring the influencer's day-to-day life runs smoothly.
Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, understanding the importance of privacy in the public figure realm.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience with social media influencers or in the entertainment industry is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Must be located in or willing to relocate to Homer Glen, IL, or surrounding areas.
A valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
