- Perform data entry and clerical tasks related to accounts receivable - Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary - Conduct credit analysis on new and existing customers - Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as an accounts receivable clerk or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits - Proficient in data entry and 10-key typing - Familiarity with accounting software (e.

, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Skills:
