3K a year Human Resources Administrative Assistant Dialysis Care Center, Homer Glen, IL PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports the mission, core values, and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC).
Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements.
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for accurately completing DCC's pre-employment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support as needed PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
Uploading documents into the HRIS Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork and electronic records prior to their start date Manage and provide personnel documents as needed.
Update the New Hire Checklist document daily.
Communicate with and transfer completed files to the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator.
Use the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility for new hires.
Filing and file management based on state, federal, and company requirements.
Update licenses and CPR certification for clinical staff.
Update and maintain computer files.
Assist the HR Team during new hire orientation.
Participate in individual & group projects as assigned.
Other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma 1
years of Human Resources experience.
2 years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting Experience in Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must.
Good presentation & communication skills Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines Must be detail-oriented to ensure all required documentation is in proper files per state and federal requirements.

Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong data entry, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Must maintain confidentiality of the information shared in the HR department.
Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls to new employees.

The work environment is also characteristic of a dialysis center or a patient's home and as such the employee may be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/ materials.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
