Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with medical billing processes - Utilize veterinary terminology to effectively communicate with clients and staff Skills:
- Proficiency in using veterinary software systems for record keeping and scheduling - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient information - Understanding of medical terminology specific to veterinary medicine Hours:
Monday:
8am-3pm Tuesday:
2pm-7pm Thursday:
8am-3pm Friday:
8am-2pm Please note that previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required.
